SELF
You are not your emotions, reactions or sensations. Those are what you had to become in order to survive. Let's find your true self...

The Vision
The vision for this sight is simple. Unity and Community.
Unfortunately, getting there isn't always easy. Every single person comes from a different background, different cultures, different viewpoints. However, if we can understand what makes us tick, as an individual, we will be able to change how we see others, also. And changing our view has the power to change the world.

Questions to ponder:
Are you able to distinguish your own individual beliefs from those of your parents or cultural community?
Are you often overwhelmed with doubt or confusion when making decisions?
Are you able to be asked a question without feeling pressure that there is a right and wrong answer?
Do you know what lens you are looking through when comparing yourself or others?
Do you understand what compels you to do or say the things you do?
Are you willing to explore questions that may have been considered bad or wrong in your culture?
If these questions intrigue you and make you want to know more, you are in the right place!! Check Out Our Services Below

About the Founder:
Growing older is inevitable. But have you decided
on just how you're going to do that or are you leaving
it up to society?
Welcome to Live Your True Self!
My name is Dayna Wells. Describing ourselves is one of the most important things we'll ever do. Am I an artist, a mom, a divorcee, a survivor, a victim, an overcomer? The choices are endless and the one's you choose can determine your life.
Up until I was 50 years old I had long "raven-like' hair that I had to dye every 4 weeks to keep up. I wore make-up every day to work and even some weekends and tried to keep my weight at the socially acceptable limit.
In 2022, after my second daughter's wedding I chopped off all my hair, decided to go gray, gained a few pounds and now, at 53, I am still growing into the person I truly am. Not what I thought I should be.

Many people would say I look so much younger and better with long black hair and make-up. Society has deemed the youthful look as 'preferred' and 'sexy'. What do you say? And here's the real question, do you know that you can change the way you see yourself and your world? Do you know the difference is between glamor and true beauty? What is your goal as you age, to look as youthful as society wants you to look, no matter what the cost, or to gain wisdom and live further from your ego and closer to your soul? And how many of us even truly understand what that means?

These amazingly important questions, along with life-changing insight, is what helped spur the curiosity that began this journey in 2021. With the help of my sister and her husband, I was able to take time off working in 2021. That was the most incredible gift that anyone could have possibly ever given me. That time alone catapulted me into a desire to learn and grow that I've never had before.

This journey is for my children, my grandchildren and all the generations to come. I may not be able to go back and redo things in the past, but I can become a safe place for my children, and help other's understand themselves better. Join me and become the person you never knew you needed!

I'm a 53 year old mom of three incredibly different adults, I've been divorced since 2005, I have no formal education in psychology, counseling or therapy, but I'm here to prove that just with curiosity and desire, you can learn to appreciate every aspect of your life. You can grieve, heal, break trauma cycles and grow to incredible new stages of conscious development, no matter what your age or background.
